We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings energy, focus, and a proven track record in delivering recruitment outcomes. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce by driving end-to-end hiring for a broad mix of functions—including architecture, construction, property development, sales, and corporate roles.Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will help secure the talent needed to deliver on the company's ambitious growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent identification through to offer and onboarding, across real estate, development, and corporate domains.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to translate workforce requirements into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Actively source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, job portals, and targeted headhunting.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and advise stakeholders on hiring decisions.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles, including architects, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, including universities, search firms, and industry associations, to expand sourcing reach.
- Champion a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and brand.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment data—covering time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent campaigns to strengthen the company's reputation as a premier employer.
- Keep abreast of industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and real estate market insights that may influence recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate, construction, or property development.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and contemporary recruitment practices.
- Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialist technical roles.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-led environment with multiple concurrent vacancies.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
