Junior Couture is a leading luxury childrenswear destination, curating an exceptional portfolio of international designer brands for babies, children and teens. With a strong retail footprint and a fast-growing global e-commerce platform, we are seeking an experienced Multi-Brand Buyer to drive our next phase of category growth.
This is a strategic, commercially accountable role for a buyer who understands premium fashion, brand positioning, and digital trading.
The Role
As Multi-Brand Buyer, you will take ownership of seasonal buying strategy across key categories, ensuring a curated, commercially balanced and trend-relevant assortment for both retail and online channels.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing seasonal buying strategies aligned to financial targets
- Managing OTB, margins, pricing architecture and sell-through performance
- Leading showroom appointments and negotiating commercial terms
- Building and maintaining strong brand partnerships
- Driving exclusive launches and marketing collaborations
- Identifying new brand opportunities aligned to the Junior Couture customer
- Working closely with Merchandising and E-Commerce to optimise trading performance
- Analysing sales data to inform reorders, markdowns and future strategy
- Ensuring the range reflects a premium, edited and aspirational positioning
- 5+ years experience in multi-brand fashion buying (childrenswear preferred)
- Proven commercial track record of driving sales and margin growth
- Strong negotiation skills with international brands
- Excellent analytical and forecasting ability
- Deep understanding of luxury retail and digital trading
- Confident decision-maker with strong commercial instinct
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple seasons simultaneously
Experience within the GCC luxury market is advantageous but not essential.
