Overview
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The team leader - housekeeping is responsible for assisting in managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and floors.
Qualifications
Ideally, a relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. Minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
