Senior Program & Product Lead – Procurement & Data (m/f/d)

A large, innovation-focused organization driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives is seeking a Senior Program & Product Lead – Procurement & Data. The role is responsible for overseeing complex, cross‑functional programs, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong coordination across teams, and successful delivery of procurement and data-related capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Own the delivery roadmap, backlog, and sequencing of work
- Translate business goals into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate across engineering, governance, procurement, finance, and legal
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure delivered capabilities are production-ready and usable
- 7+ years experience in program, product, or delivery leadership
- Has delivered complex systems in regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and execution discipline
- Comfortable operating with senior leadership
