Job description

KILONEWTONS, a leading engineering and industrial solutions provider in Dubai, is seeking a skilled process engineer to optimize production systems, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with UAE industry standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process design, simulation, and troubleshooting for manufacturing, oil & gas, or related sectors.

• Design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes (chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas)
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and HAZOP studies
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards (DMS, ADNOC, DEWA, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, R&D, QA/QC)
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments

• Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in chemical, process, or industrial engineering
• 5+ years in process engineering (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing (advantageous)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
