Senior Planning Engineer

Maximum Budget: AED 15,000 per month (Please do not apply if this does not align with your expectations)

We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team and lead the scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination efforts for our interior fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will be experienced in using Primavera P6, have a solid grasp of BOQs and project timelines, and be proficient in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera, aligned with BOQs, signed contracts, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, and procurement to ensure proper sequencing, resource planning, and cost monitoring.
• Track project progress and update schedules on a weekly basis.
• Prepare clear and informative dashboards and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft and submit EOT claims where delays impact timelines.
• Assist in pre-contract planning by creating initial schedules for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in planning and scheduling within the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and thorough understanding of BOQs and cost breakdowns.
• Proven experience in preparing EOT claims and handling delay analysis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively work with project teams and stakeholders.
