Job Description
- Position: Call center agent (motor Insurance)
- Location: Dubai
- Salary- 4500
- Type: Outsource
- Contract- 6 Months (Temp role)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
- Meet defined service quality, productivity, and response KPIs
- Support customers with basic troubleshooting and service guidance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/customer service systems
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred (if applicable)
