With the launch of our new branch and therapy-led play zone, we are growing our Occupational Therapy team and looking for a passionate, thoughtful Paediatric OT who wants to be part of a centre that genuinely values quality, collaboration and clinical integrity.
This role is for an OT who wants more than routine clinical work. It's for someone who's ready to grow, values connection, teamwork, and purpose-driven practice.
Your Role
You'll work with children across a range of developmental needs, supporting them to build independence, regulation, confidence, and everyday life skills.
Your work will include -- Delivering engaging, evidence-based OT sessions
- Conducting assessments and contributing to meaningful goal setting
- Supporting sensory integration, motor development, and functional skills
- Collaborating closely with SLTs, educators, other professionals and families
- Contributing ideas as we grow and evolve our new centre.
- Therapy spaces designed that have been designed with therapy in mind

Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything - but you do need to care deeply.
Essential- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years paediatric experience
- DHA license or eligibility
- Confident written and spoken English
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Experience with Sensory Integration (SCERTS® experience is a bonus).
- Child-centred, curious, and reflective in your practice
- Confident, but open to learning and collaboration
- Warm with families and professional with colleagues
- Excited by the idea of being part of a growing centre
