Our client multinational Project Management consultant is looking for a Project Control Engineer to join their Dubai HQ.

Job Summary:
The Project Control Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and reporting all
project activities, ensuring effective project controls, and maintaining full transparency
within the company. This role involves close coordination with internal departments,clients, employers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop, implement, and manage the master project schedule.
- Monitor all construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Perform resource planning and staff scheduling.
- Establish project control mechanisms to track progress and efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Create and manage internal and external project reports.
- Review and evaluate performance standard models (KPIs).
- Monitor and report project performance against KPIs.
- Regularly update and track project risks using log sheets.
Budget and Scope Control:
- Support project budget management and cost control.
- Manage and control project scope to prevent deviations.
- Oversee and coordinate change orders to ensure they align with project
objectives.
Stakeholder Communication, Coordination:
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project status reports for internal office updates.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between different project stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Control Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

success through effective planning and control mechanisms.
