For over 20 years, we've built our reputation as a certified applicator for major international and local construction chemical manufacturers, delivering professional waterproofing, concrete repairs, injections, protection, and building insulation solutions across the United Arab Emirates.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth through technical sales expertise. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with excellent sales abilities to promote our specialized construction solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Emirates construction sector
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our concrete protection and heat insulation solutions
Perform site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
Provide technical support and consultation to clients on waterproofing, concrete repairs, and insulation applications
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project implementation
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, consultants, and contractors
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related technical field
Strong technical understanding of construction chemicals and waterproofing applications
Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience (Dubai experience preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages beneficial
Valid United Arab Emirates driving license mandatory for client visits
Experience in the concrete protection, waterproofing, or related construction specialties
