The Reservations Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, providing information about services and facilities, and ensuring a smooth booking process.

• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with making reservations
• Providing information about available services, pricing, and promotions
• Inputting reservation details accurately into the system
• Confirming reservations with customers and sending out confirmation emails
• Handling any changes or cancellations to existing reservations
• Resolving customer issues or complaints related to reservations

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
