Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain within a dynamic FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-channel sales management, team leadership, distributor handling, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage regional sales operations across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
- Drive sales growth across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service, and Convenience channels
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships
- Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Ensure strong in-market execution, visibility, and product availability
- Coach and develop sales teams to drive high performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance insights
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong experience managing multiple retail channels
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience leading sales teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred
- MBA is an added advantage
- Must be willing to reside in Abu Dhabi
