About the Role
Our client, a leader in the Real Estate Industry, is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Lead & Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As an Enterprise Transformation Lead & Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the organization's enterprise transformation journey from AS-IS assessment to TO-BE design and measurable execution, with the objective of enabling a management Control Tower.The role combines transformation leadership with business systems analysis, ensuring that processes, systems, data, KPIs, controls, risks, and execution plans are fully aligned. The role acts as the bridge between the Board, senior management, business departments, IT, GRC, vendors, and consultants.
It converts strategy and architecture outputs into practical execution through Jira, measurable performance dashboards, ERP/Yardi improvements, governance controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have IIBA CBAP / CCBA or PMI-PBA, TOGAF Foundation or Practitioner and PMP, which will align successfully in the organization.

About You
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, ERP implementation, process improvement, enterprise architecture, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Practical experience in real estate, property management, asset management, finance operations, or shared services is preferred.
