Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Assist in order processing and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Track sales targets and generate reports for management review
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in UAE)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude
