Role Description

Responsibilities include lead generation, customer consultation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and to drive revenue growth.

• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and convert potential opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and build lasting relationships.
• Min 5 years of Industrial Sales Experience in UAE
• Computer & ERP Proficiency
• Having the Driving License is a must.
• Experience in Team Leadership, with a collaborative approach to support team success and organizational goals.
• Technical knowledge in industrial automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, or power systems is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site and travel locally to meet customer requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering is strongly preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
