Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging content for our Dubai real estate brand. The ideal candidate should have experience creating real estate-focused content, managing social media platforms, and producing content that generates leads, builds brand awareness, and showcases properties effectively.

• Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop property-focused content such as reels, videos, property tours, market updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling captions, property descriptions, blogs, and marketing copy.
• Coordinate with agents, videographers, and management to plan and execute content strategies.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and create relevant content around them.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Edit videos, photos, and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Support branding initiatives and CEO/personal branding content when required.
• Cover property launches, events, and client success stories.

• Minimum 1–3 years of content creation experience, preferably in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook content strategies.
• Experience in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Dubai real estate terminology and market trends.
• Ability to create engaging, lead-generating content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Previous experience working with a Dubai real estate brokerage, developer, or property portal.
• Experience with drone footage, property videography, and photography.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.

Monday – Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM
