Operations Manager / Project Manager (Bakery Industry)

Job Description

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery
• Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training
• Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Fluent English & Arabic
