Our client is a prestigious and long-established group with a significant presence across the Middle East. They are now looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the owner and his family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Description- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the owner and his family.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with the utmost discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal matters, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Coordinate and liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Organise family events, from logistics to final execution.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and manage expenses and budgets where required.
- Handle ad hoc requests with flexibility and a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- Previous experience working in Europe or with European families/organisations is essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
