Expansion Pipeline & New Store Development

Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential new locations. Present commercially viable proposals for approval from the CEO/CFO to ensure new store opening targets are met, with clear identification of opportunity areas for future expansion.Lease Renewal & Cost Optimization

Review all existing locations and manage lease renewals in line with contract expiry timelines. Negotiate with landlords to secure favorable commercial terms, ensuring reductions or improved terms compared to previous contracts wherever possible.Portfolio Risk Management

Identify potential risks within the existing property portfolio where an exit strategy may be required to maintain commercially viable agreements. Ensure exits are executed without penalties and propose suitable alternative locations in a timely manner.Administrative & Compliance Oversight

Manage direct reports to ensure all leasing administrative requirements (Ejari registration, lease documentation, landlord payments, and lease signatures) are completed within the required timelines to avoid penalties due to expired documents or delayed payments.Landlord Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and developers to position Papa Johns as a preferred and trusted brand, ensuring the company receives early or first opportunities for new developments and prime locations.

Qualification -
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture/ Property Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate, leasing and expansion.
  • Recognized Leasing qualification (Optional)Technical Expertise-
  • Leasing F&B units, Negotiation skills, Project Management, Commercial acumen, financial literacy, Contract management, ExpansionExperience

Industry exposure - Similar QSR brands, F&B/ hospitality
