Job Title: Sales Executive Medical Services

Overview:

An international healthcare provider with operations across multiple countries is expanding into Dubai (JLT or Media City). We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help convert qualified leads into medical service bookings through outbound calls and video consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (100200 calls per day)
• Perform video consultations with prospective patients
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings for medical services
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow established sales protocols and procedures
• Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (business level required)
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Italian, or Indian are highly valued
• Proven track record in closing sales in a high-volume environment
• Experience managing 100200 calls daily
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Background in health tourism or real estate sales is a plus
