Our prestigious client is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive - Seafood (B2B) to spearhead their expansion in the GCC market.

This role is based in Dubai, designed for a strategic thinker with strong industry connections and the ability to build and scale the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the GCC region, particularly in the HORECA sector.
  • Leverage existing industry connections to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and execute a robust business development strategy to establish and expand the companys presence in the seafood market.
  • Oversee all aspects of client engagement, from initial contact to tailored solutions, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in the seafood production industry, with a focus on B2B sales and business development.
  • Established network within the seafood or HORECA industry in the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale businesses through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Based in Dubai, UAE, with the willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
