A prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a highly polished and service-oriented Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, strong local knowledge of Dubai, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with discretion and efficiency.

• Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay
• Arrange restaurant reservations, luxury experiences, private tours, transportation, and exclusive bookings
• Offer expert recommendations on Dubais fine dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions
• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism and confidentiality
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with premium service providers and vendors across Dubai
• Manage special requests including last-minute arrangements and bespoke experiences
• Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubais lifestyle, attractions, and luxury services
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage)
