CCTV Operator (Residencial property)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor and maintain the safety and security of a residential property in Dubai. This position is for the sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV camera feeds and access control systems to detect irregular or suspicious activities across the property.
• Ensure all camera systems are fully functional and positioned to cover key areas.
• Immediately report security breaches, emergencies, or unusual behavior to the Security Supervisor and relevant departments.
• Report faults or technical issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Maintain backup systems and storage integrity for recorded data.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activity, incidents, and equipment status.
• Compile incident reports with time-stamped visual evidence when required.
• Monitor access control systems for entry/exit logs of residents, visitors, and service providers.
• Monitor parking and common areas to prevent unauthorized usage or disturbances.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in surveillance operations or security systems is preferred.
• Minimum 23 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security monitoring role, preferably within residential or hospitality environments.
• Proficient in operating CCTV systems, video surveillance software, and access control devices.
• Familiarity with Dubai security regulations and property safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
• Excellent communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
