Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for handling inquiries and greeting guests professionally
- Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing administrative tasks
- Exceptional Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, team members, and visitors
- Outstanding Customer Service skills for ensuring positive client and visitor experiences
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
- High levels of organization, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an advantage
