We are seeking a passionate Office Receptionist to support our regional office and contribute to the continued success of Genesis across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees
- Handle incoming calls and emails courteously and efficiently
- Manage meeting room reservations and front-desk schedules
- Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative and office support as required
- Bright, friendly, and approachable personality
- Open-minded, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Professional and presentable appearance suitable for a corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and office systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in receptionist, front-desk, or customer service roles
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred
- Strong customer-service mindset and eagerness to support others
