Job Description

The Associate Digital Director is a senior strategic and operational leader within the digital practice, sitting one level below the Digital Director. You will own the end-to-end delivery of digital media strategies across a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary day-to-day escalation point for performance, planning, and innovation.

You will be expected to think like an owner — driving business outcomes, developing talent, and pushing the agency's digital capabilities forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Client
  • Lead integrated digital media strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and digital video
  • Act as a senior client partner — presenting strategy, insights, and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
  • Translate business objectives into channel strategies and measurable KPIs
  • Drive new business pitches and organic growth within existing accounts
  • Develop media investment recommendations aligned to market trends across GCC and MENA
Performance & Operations
  • Oversee campaign performance management and optimization across all digital channels
  • Ensure rigorous ad fraud monitoring, brand safety standards, and viewability benchmarks
  • Drive data-led optimization frameworks including bid management and audience strategy
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital managers and executives
  • Collaborate with finance on billing reconciliation and media cost management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7–10 years in digital media, with at least 3 years in a senior role
  • Deep expertise across programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk), paid search (Google, Microsoft), and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dirham media budgets
  • Strong command of measurement frameworks: MMM, attribution, incrementality
  • Experience in the GCC/MENA market; agency background strongly preferred
  • Exposure to subscription-based, e-commerce, or FMCG verticals
  • Familiarity with ad tech stacks: DCM, Sizmek, or equivalent
  • Experience working across MENA markets with focus on GCC
  • Arabic language skills advantageous
