Health & Fitness Manager

Health & Fitness Manager will manage Fitness Team Leads and Coaches (Personal Trainers, Group Exercises Instructors, Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• elivery of PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS).D
• elivery of GX, Swim, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets.E
• nsure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes. E
• nsure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement.E
• nsure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings.E
• nsure a culture of Winning Ways.
• To apply for the Role, you Require:
• Appliicants must have firm knowledge and experience of managing Health & Fitness teams. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool and team building/bonding.Must be able to offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams.Must be well versed with international standards and requirements of training delivery.Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and nutrition.Desirable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/Global program.Dynamic, confident and lives the brand. Excellent communication skills.
