Job Overview:
We are looking for a Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary residential market (ready properties) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential ready properties (apartments, villas, townhouses)
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on property values, pricing strategies, and market trends
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Manage the full sales process from bring listing to transfer
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers
- Stay updated on secondary market trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in residential secondary market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property values
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate listings and close deals
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- Broker Card with RERA proven track is a plus
