Job Description

We're expanding our Off-Plan Division and are looking for experienced and motivated Off-Plan Agents to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, project details, and payment plans.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on new project launches and market trends.
- Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan experience preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- RERA certification and UAE driving license (preferred).
