At VentureOne, we build and scale high-impact ventures. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the teams behind these ventures. You will partner withbusiness leaders to hire exceptional talent, enabling rapid and sustainable growth across our portfolio.
This role requires a strong operator who can balance speed with quality, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple VentureOne portfolio companies
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring plans aligned with scaling goals
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Provide market insights, including talent availability and hiring trends
- Influence and guide stakeholders on hiring best practices and decision-making
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for talent
- Use data to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes
- Leverage and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure data integrity, efficient workflows, and consistent hiring processes
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position VentureOne and its ventures as employers of choice.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence hiring decisions
- Experience sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and techniques
- Experience supporting startups, ventures, or organizations in early-stage to growth phase
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data and metrics
- Experience hiring across technical and business roles
- Work directly with leadership teams to build companies from the ground up
