Job Description:
  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards through effective processes and documentation.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, First Response Time, First Contact Resolution, and NPS and generate and analyze reports to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.

-Conduct coaching sessions to improve communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Open to Filipino nationals, from 40 years and below and must be fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesforce) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, SharePoint).

Salary: AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
