HSE Instructor- 1 year Contract (Oil & Gas Industry)

We are currently recruiting an HSE Instructor for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office

Purpose-

The HSE Instructor is responsible for conducting and maintaining Health and Safety training courses for internal and external companies in compliance with Group HSE Requirements and international standards.

• Plan and Deliver HSE Training as per standards and guidelines.
• Ensure all HSE training and all relevant resources are setup and delivered to a professional standard, meeting all local and international requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate trainees records and certifications.
• Coordinate and liaise with external agency for any matters related to HSE training.
• Assist in the development and design of new and existing HSE documents and training courses, Initiate safety meetings and accurately report details of meetings.
• Prepare training materials/presentation slides on HSE subjects for all HSE trainings identified in the training matrix and any project specific HSE trainings.
• Lead in HSE Audits and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external training providers for the trainings inside or outside the company premises.

• High school diploma, or associates in a relevant field. NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma , or an equivalent recognized qualification in health and safety, as well as a qualification in operational Oil and Gas safety's.
• Membership with a professional body (IOSH, OSHA or any professional body) is preferred at a level that reflects the Tutor's qualifications.
• The candidates should have an experience in the operational safety in Oil and Gas or/and construction safety besides compliance with OSHA Standards and/or best practice.
