Are you an ambitious early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple businesses We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and support operations, reporting, and client engagement across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports and summaries for the founder.
  • Track key metrics and present insights in a clear, structured format.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through consistent reporting.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate ongoing projects by managing timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables are on track and communicated across teams.
  • Follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward.

Client Communication:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and prospects.
  • Respond to enquiries professionally and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organised records of client interactions and next steps.

Training Support:

  • Deliver pre-built training modules to staff and ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor completion and quality of training across teams.
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing and onboarding activities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across the businesses.
  • Maintain a well-organised workflow and help improve processes over time.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in a professional role.
  • Previous experience in a startup or small business environment.
  • Exposure to marketing, sales, or operations in any capacity.
  • Background in teaching, training, or client-facing work.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.
