Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will drive the development of the insurance-focused SaaS platform by analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting solution delivery. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product features, streamline processes, and ensure the solutions meet the evolving demands of the insurance industry in the UAE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations (underwriting, claims, policy admin, etc.).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance software modules.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and proposed solutions.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with market and client needs.
• Support UAT processes and ensure the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to enhance platform performance.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication
