Interior Designer

WF Architects are seeking an experienced and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic Commercial Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will handle commercial/hospitality projects from concept through to construction documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts that align with client requirements and budget.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.
• Produce and be able to read technical drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all design phases.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design concepts.
• Present projects through various phases to the manager and clients, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing queries.
• Able to do site coordination and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly executed.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Interior Design/Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, primarily in commercial/hospitality sector.
• Must be based in the UAE and have UAE experience.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and rendering software).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
