General Description
The HR Specialist is a senior human resource professional responsible for leading and enhancing core HR functions while championing a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures, and labor regulations.The HR Specialist will independently manage HR support activities, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and deliver accurate HR records and compliance reports to support strategic organizational objectives.

company policy, and relevant statutory obligations; escalate discrepancies to legal counsel when
required.- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of applicable labour legislation, including but

- In-depth working knowledge of HRIS systems and applicable labor laws and employment
- Advanced proficiency in HR software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and insightful HR reports.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
