Job summary
As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) under the Wealth and Retail Banking Rehlaty proposition, you will support the Priority Banking Relationship Manager in delivering outstanding service to affluent clients. You will proactively assist with client onboarding, transaction processing, portfolio administration, and service resolution to ensure a seamless banking experience.You will also play a key role in driving service excellence and supporting revenue generation through strong operational discipline and client engagement.

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 13 million individuals and small businesses globally, with a strong presence in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. WRB Rehlaty is a unique initiative dedicated to empowering UAE nationals and delivering bespoke banking solutions, trusted advice, and a premium client experience within the affluent segment.
Key responsibilities- Assist the Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of Priority Banking clients, ensuring timely execution of client requests and day-to-day transactions.
- Support client onboarding and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate service and operational matters to ensure prompt resolution and excellent client satisfaction.
- Prepare client reports, maintain updated records, and ensure all client interactions are accurately documented.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Relationship Manager.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and control standards in all client interactions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to deliver a smooth, efficient service to clients.
