IT Desktop Support Engineer (Mandarin required)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the VMware virtualization platform in coordination with vendors, with ongoing optimization efforts.
2. Collaborate with the security team to integrate security products into the virtualized environment, including but not limited to Kaspersky, UEM, DLP, etc.
3. Handle daily maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user devices, including PCs, printers, scanners, projectors, etc. (familiar with Windows and macOS installation and maintenance).
4. Responsible for troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, and routine inspections of enterprise network devices, network-connected terminals, and PC networking issues.
5. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot end-user systems, commonly used office software, antivirus security software, and VPN tools.
6. Manage IT assets effectively.
7. Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years&apos experience in IT service-related roles, with strong skills in desktop troubleshooting.
2. Proficient in both Microsoft and Mac operating systems, capable of independently installing and deploying specific system versions.
3. Solid networking knowledge, familiar with Huawei and Sangfor network equipment, and basic understanding of network architecture design.
4. Strong IT asset management capabilities, with in-depth understanding of computer hardware configurations and the ability to allocate resources according to departmental needs.
5. High sense of responsibility, strong customer communication skills, excellent service awareness and learning ability, with a stable and reliable work attitude.
6. Proficient in both Chinese and English for daily communication.
