Employment: Full Time
Core Responsibilities- Comprehensively coordinate HR and administrative systems
- Performance and Incentive System Design
Led the design of innovative performance management systems (OKRs/KPIs) and established incentive mechanisms with strong business ties.
Key focus: Responsible for the design, implementation, and long-term management of the Equity Incentive Plan (ESOP).- Strategic Recruitment of High-End Talent
Prioritized recruitment of talent in high-barrier-to-entry fields such as fintech, payments, and Web3/blockchain.
- Organizational Development and Culture Implementation
- Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with labor policies in China and key overseas countries (such as Singapore, the US, and Europe).
Requirements- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Overall experience: 10+ years of HR experience, 3+ years of experience as an HR leader, with the ability to coordinate HR and administrative management.
- Core expertise:
- Expertise in performance management and equity incentive design (with practical ESOP implementation examples).
- Successful experience leading high-end international talent acquisition (technology/finance).
- Industry background: Experience in fintech, payments, Web3/blockchain, or internet technology preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as human resources, management, or psychology.
