Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive business growth and expand client relationships across the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting the company's services to prospective clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition within the UAE or GCC market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts for management.
- Ensure professional follow-up with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the UAE/GCC market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, HR solutions, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE business practices and corporate culture.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Existing network of corporate clients within the UAE.
- Experience dealing with government, semi-government, or private sector clients.
- Strong understanding of GCC recruitment and outsourcing market trends.
- Professional, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and competitive business environment.
- Office-based role with frequent client meetings and business visits across the UAE.
