Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves advising clients on buying, selling, and renting residential properties, providing market insights, and guiding them through the full transaction lifecycle.Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in Huspy's systems. The Senior Property Consultant builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, real estate partners, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of customer service and compliance with local regulations.
The role also includes meeting sales targets, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall property experience.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven customer service capabilities, including responsiveness, empathy, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, preferably in the United Arab Emirates or the wider Middle East region.
- Experience in residential real estate consulting or brokerage at a senior or mid-senior level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital platforms used for property listings and client communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English
