Hiring: Real Estate Team Leader & Experienced Property Consultants | Abu Dhabi
We are hiring one Team Leader and experienced Property Consultants for a newly established real estate brokerage firm based in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for proactive professionals who can contribute from the outset by developing developer partnerships, bringing their own client network, and generating business.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
- Established relationships with Abu Dhabi developers, with the ability to secure tie-ups and build ongoing partnerships.
- Ability to generate and independently manage your own client network, from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of a new brokerage's business model and willingness to contribute to its growth.
- Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
For the Team Leader position:
Previous experience leading a real estate sales team, supporting consultants, and driving sales performance is required.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Compensation:
- Team Leader: Fixed salary + commission
- Property Consultants: Commission-based remuneration
