F&B Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable food and beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

Take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the in-room dining team.
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
Regularly review house counts, forecasting and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets.
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Focus on guest feedback and always be on the go to improve the guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Degree in hospitality management or food and beverage.
Well versed with restaurant service and in-room dining operations.
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
