We are on the lookout for a REDtabulous Breakfast Supervisor to join our incREDible FnB team here at Radisson RED.
What we expect from you:
Supervising staff:
- Leading, training, and motivating breakfast service staff.
Service management:
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service flow during breakfast, including seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
Quality control:
- Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Guest interaction & main focus:
- Greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints with attentiveness and courtesy.
- Run breakfast targeting review from in-house for Booking.com target scores 8.2.
- Walkthrough of the area on daily basis for maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Target scores of above 95% for breakfast standard audit.
- Daily checking in of breakfast brand standard setup.
- Safeguarding breakfast operating systems and equipment.
- Be aware and check the quality of food served during breakfast daily.
- Familiarize really well with every guest, especially with our VIP guests.
Operational support:
- Assisting with inventory management, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food and beverage safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications- Experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
