Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design Manager / Building Design Consultant to support architectural design, drawing coordination, project documentation, and building design activities.

The role involves working with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to develop and coordinate design information and support the smooth progress of building projects.

Candidates with experience in architecture, building design, drafting, design coordination, construction, or project support are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with architectural design development and building design coordination.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, civil, M&E, and other engineering disciplines.
• Assist with design development from concept through to construction documentation.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and relevant design information.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Assist with site visits, inspections, measurements, and follow-up on design-related issues.
• Support the preparation of presentations, design proposals, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor design submissions, revisions, approvals, and outstanding design matters.
• Assist in resolving design coordination and construction-related issues.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, design records, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist project teams in ensuring works generally follow approved drawings and design requirements.
• Participate in project and design coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support design improvements, material selections, and practical building solutions where required.
• Perform other architectural, design coordination, and project support duties as required.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Building Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in architectural design, drafting, building design, design coordination, construction, or project support is preferred.
• Basic to good understanding of architectural design, building construction, drawings, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and basic technical documents.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or similar design software is an advantage, but not required.
• Professional registration or architectural certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage drawing revisions and project documentation carefully.
• Willing to learn and work closely with both design and site teams.
• Candidates with relevant architectural, drafting, building design, or construction experience are encouraged to apply.
