We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for tech sales, deep understanding of the UAE & GCCmarket, and a proven track record in driving revenue.The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's growth trajectory.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients, partners, and collaborators through market research, industry networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target sectors within the tech ecosystem. Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across startups. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Revenue Generation:Drive consistent revenue growth by closing deals and onboarding clients aligned with business objectives. Take full ownership of the sales cyclefrom initial contact to deal closure and follow-up.
Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Multitasking Across Functions & Priorities:Effectively manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Balance daily outreach, follow-ups, reporting, and client engagements with attention to detail and time efficiency.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and insights to management to inform decision-making.
Target Achievement & Performance Optimization:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets. Continuously analyze performance data to refine sales techniques and improve conversion rates.
Event & Community Engagement:
Represent the organization at key ecosystem events, exhibitions, networking forums, and partner activations. Identify potential collaboration opportunities and promote the company's brand.
Qualification- Minimum Graduate from reputed University
UAE Driving license and own car is preferred
