Job Description
As part of A1 Properties strategic growth and commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and client-focused Property Consultants to join our high-performing team.
At A1 Properties, you will work alongside results-driven professionals handling the resale and leasing of residential and commercial properties across Dubai, from luxury apartments and villas to prime office spaces and retail units. Note: This is a 100% commission-based role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM system.
- Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closures.
- Promote and market secondary residential and commercial properties across Dubai's key freehold areas.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Dubai's secondary real estate market, including pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and investment opportunities.
- Advise clients on investment strategies, leasing opportunities, capital appreciation, and long-term asset growth.
- Source, list, and market resale and commercial properties through major property portals and internal platforms.
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectively.
- Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, corporate clients, and co-brokers.
- Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's secondary residential or commercial real estate market.
- RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Solid understanding of secondary market transactions, commercial leasing, and DLD regulations.
- Confidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and capable of closing deals independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements.
- Attractive commission structure ranging from 50%–80%, paid on time.
