Key Responsibilities- Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fixtures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain and repair doors, windows, flooring, and facility equipment

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
- Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tools and equipment
- Technical or vocational certification in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities in Dubai
- Knowledge of infection control and healthcare compliance standards
