Overview
M42 Talent Acquisition team is seeking a TA operations team leader to manage interview scheduling, reporting, and the full onboarding lifecycle after offer acceptance through to the employee's first day. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and timely onboarding experience by effectively managing the team to coordinate with internal stakeholders, licensing authorities, and government bodies.The role involves leading a team of public relations officers and onboarding coordinators, ensuring speed, consistency, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous process improvement supporting the recruiters and all stages of post-offer acceptance activity.
You will be required to challenge the status quo and build a next-gen, scalable process that aligns across all platforms utilizing all available technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the full onboarding process for new hires (clinical and non-clinical) from offer acceptance to day-one readiness by instilling SLAs and conducting regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Constantly review processes, communication templates, generate reports, and ensure adoption of technology (e.g., recruitment system (ATS), Power BI dashboards, automation tools) to free up time for positive engagements with all stakeholders and candidates.
Act as the central point of coordination between departments, ensuring smooth handovers and timely delivery of onboarding milestones. These include the wider talent acquisition team, human capital business partners and employee services teams, medical licensing, reception, and IT/Admin teams.
Liaise with internal licensing teams to ensure timely submission and issuance of professional licenses (DOH/HAAD/MOH) for clinical hires, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare licensing requirements and timelines.
Lead the PRO team to effectively manage Ministry of Labour (MoL) formalities, visa applications, medicals, and Emirates ID processing and ensure adherence to UAE labour and immigration regulations.
Support the recruiters and leadership by ensuring data integrity in the ATS and uploading reports into the Power BI dashboard, also creating monthly and quarterly dashboards.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, humanities, social sciences, or similar.
- 8+ years of progressive career experience in a services role supporting a diverse workforce in an operational customer-facing or in a human resources/capital team, where you gained experience in data and metrics.
- Knowledge and experience of service and business improvement frameworks.
- Ability to deliver tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
- Ability to build mutually beneficial and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with courage to challenge the status quo.
