Job Description

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager

Location - Abu Dhabi

Position reports to Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across functions and levels.
• Experience in hiring across Middle East, Africa and Asia would be a big plus.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (both direct and agency-led).
• Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters (if applicable).
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in coordination with marketing.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to track performance and optimize processes.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent intelligence.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate recruitment tools or platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in hiring across Middle East, Africa and Asia would be a big plus.
• Strong exposure to consulting, advisory, or professional services recruitment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic hiring and manage senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
